Interface
Notes field
Choose what appears in the notes field for listings in the main interface.
Shipping
By default, Price Spectre considers your shipping charges along with those of your competitors when setting your prices. 'Ignore Shipping' tells Price Spectre to ignore all shipping charges.
Enter a postal code to be used for calculating your competitors' shipping charges when they use calculated shipping. This setting only affects listings on eBay.com and eBay Motors.
Set price
Whenever Price Spectre reprices a listing, update the BIN price to the new price. If the listing is later unmanaged, this will cause Price Spectre to leave the price at the new BIN price.
Normally, price suggestions are set within the constraints of the floor and ceiling prices. When enabled, Price Spectre will ignore the floor and ceiling prices when offering price suggestions. This option only affects listings which are being manually repriced.
No competition found
Select which price Price Spectre should set when no competitor listings are found. Recommended settings are 'BIN' or 'ceiling'. A setting of 'none' will leave the price where it is.
Calculated price below floor
Select which price Price Spectre should set when the calculated price would be below the specified floor price. Recommended settings are 'floor' or 'BIN'. A setting of 'none' will leave the price where it is.
Calculated price above ceiling
Select which price Price Spectre should set when the calculated price would be above the specified ceiling price. Recommended settings are 'ceiling' or 'BIN'. A setting of 'none' will leave the price where it is.
¢
When Baťa pricing is enabled, Price Spectre will attempt to set prices ending in this number. Upon failure, a reprice attempt will be made to end the price with the specified last digit.
Search
By default, Price Spectre verifies a listing's relist status based on eBay's records. However, certain third party listing tools may create a new duplicate listing while claiming the listing was relisted. Under 'Relaxed Relist', if Price Spectre cannot find the original listing it will assume the most recent ended listing with the same title and SKU is the original listing.
Adds a field to search parameters called Exempt Sellers. This allows you to specify a list of sellers to exempt from search parameters like feedback, TRS, and item location.
**This is a premium feature and subject to additional cost if used.
Ignore all listings with a Price + S&H that is below your listing's Floor Price + S&H. Warning: will return 0 results if this would require more than 50 listings to be filtered out.
A normal keyword search only matches against competitors' titles. When enabled, Price Spectre will also look at the descriptions of competitors' listings when performing a search.
Normally, Price Spectre only matches competitor listings that are posted to the same eBay site as the listing being repriced. When enabled, Price Spectre will include any listings found on other eBay sites that are available to the same country that the listing is posted to. For example, if the repriced listing is posted to eBay.com (US) then this option would allow matching for all listings on eBay.co.uk, eBay.ca, etc that are available to the US and visible on eBay.com.
Normally, Price Spectre only takes into account the BIN price of an auction when 'Auctions w/BIN' is selected. Use this option to instruct Price Spectre to use the current bid price instead for all competitor auctions.
**Use of this setting is highly discouraged and should only be used by those that understand what it does. It is highly recommended that a Min Price filter be used for all listings when this option is in effect.
